Ms.Neelima Khetan

Neelima Khetan is a senior CSR and social development expert with over three decades of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and academic sectors. She is currently Managing Partner at Nous Consultants and serves as Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Social and Economic Progress and Visiting Faculty at the Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna. She has held leadership roles in major corporations, including Group CSR Head for Vedanta Group and Director of CSR and Sustainability at Coca-Cola India and South West Asia. Her early career includes serving as India Country Director for the American India Foundation and Chief Executive of Seva Mandir. She also briefly led the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) as Acting Director. Neelima has been part of numerous national and state-level committees, including the Government of India’s Land Reforms Committee and the Planning Commission’s Task Force on Decentralized Funding. She holds a Master’s in Rural Management from IRMA and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
