Canada Supports Utthan’s Work on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention in Gujarat

On January 7, 2015, Canada’s Parliamentary Secretary announced a $23,000 grant to Utthan for a project addressing child sexual abuse in 100 coastal and tribal villages of Gujarat. The project focuses on awareness, community volunteer mobilisation, and gender equality under the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI).
