District-Level Consultation Held with Gram Vikas Committees of 24 Villages in Bhavnagar

Women’s Participation in Governance & Planning

Utthan and Gram Vikas Committees from 24 villages of Mahuva, Ghogha, and Bhavnagar blocks jointly organized a district-level consultation on 26 April 2023. The session focused on participatory GPDP planning, rights awareness, and institutional strengthening, aiming to amplify village voices in budget planning and governance through multi-stakeholder dialogue and local leadership.
