Empower Her Harvest – Natural Farming and Land Rights in Morva Hadaf, Panchmahal

In the tribal region of Morva Hadaf, 500 women farmers are reclaiming their roles as cultivators and landowners through Empower Her Harvest—a sustainable livelihoods initiative supported by eInfochips under its CSR commitment. Led by Utthan, the program equips women with training in natural farming, bio-input preparation, and land literacy. With support from trained Krushi Sakhis, women are learning to read legal land documents, navigate inheritance processes, and adopt eco-friendly practices like Bijamrut and organic seed treatment. Visual tools, interactive games, and street plays are making learning accessible and engaging.

These farmers are not just growing crops—they’re building food security, restoring soil health, and strengthening their voice in agricultural decision-making. As more women join local federations, the collective leadership of rural women continues to take root.
